How it works
- You meet a licensed provider by video about your illness
- They assess and treat you, including prescriptions if needed
- If appropriate, they provide a dated note for your visit
- You receive the note electronically after your visit
When telehealth isn't the right fit
- Notes require a real visit — we can't backdate or issue notes without one
- We don't complete DOT, sports, or pre-employment physicals
- Disability and FMLA paperwork may need an in-person provider
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, or any emergency — call 911
- We don't do physical exams or cancer and gynecological screenings
